Ingredients: 2/3 cp granulated sugar 1/3 cp cornstarch 3 cps milk 3 egg yolks, beaten 4 oz white baking chocolate, chopped 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pastry shell, baked, 9 inch
Holly Garnish: 4 oz white baking chocolate, divided red and green paste food coloring
Topping: 2 cps heavy whipping cream 3 tbsps confectioners sugar

Directions:1) In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually whisk in milk until smooth. 2) Bring to a boil over med heat. 3) Cook and stir for 2 mins. 4) Remove from heat. 5) Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to saucepan, stirring constantly. 6) Bring to gentle boil; cook and stir for 2 mins. 7) Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate and vanilla. 8) Let stand until chocolate is melted, stir occasionally. 9) Pour into pastry shell. 10) Refrigerate for atleast 3 hrs. 11) For holly leaf garnish; melt 1/2 oz white chocolate; tint with red food coloring. 12) Place in a plastic or pastry bag. 13) Pipe 24 small berries on waxed paper; let stand until hardened. 14) Melt remaining white chocolate; tint with green food coloring. 15) Spread into a rectangle on waxed paper; let stand at room temp until harden. 16) Using a 1 1/2 inch holly leaf cookie cutter, cut 18 leaf shapes. 17) Just before serving, beat cream and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form; spread over pie. 18) Garnish with 8 holly leaves and 3 berries per leaf. 19) Store in refrigerator.
