3 cps graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cp brown sugar
2/3 cp butter, melted
3 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
5 egg yolks
2 cps lime juice
Whipped topping, lime slices and mint for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
2) Press onto the bottom and up the sides of 2 greased 9 inch pie plates.
3) In a large bowl, beat the milk, egg yolks, and lime juice on low for 2 mins or until smooth and slightly thickened.
4) Pour into prepared crusts.
5) Bake at 350f for 18 to 22 mins or until a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
6) Cool on wire racks for 1 hr.
7) Chill for 6 hrs.
8) Garnish with whipped cream, lime slices and mint on 1 side of pie. Leave one side empty.
