Chicken breasts (usually a package or two)
Barbecue Sauce (any flavor you desire)
Orange Juice
Italian Seasoning
Cinnamon
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Red pepper
Thyme
Dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash the chicken off after opening package.
Chop the chicken breasts up into smaller pieces such as cubes or strips.
Place chicken breasts in a tin. They can be bunched together.
Pour a layer of Italian seasoning on chicken.
Cover chicken in a orange juice.
Cover tin and place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Take tin out of the oven and drain orange juice out into sink.
Cover chicken in a layer of barbecue sauce and another layer of Italian seasoning.
This is where I usually add the other random spices I find in the spice. cabinet. I'd recommend at least some of them.
Put back in oven for another 30 minutes or so.... until cooked.
Let the food cool down, eat, and enjoy.

Note for celiacs: If the barbecue sauce is gluten free, then the chicken is too!
