Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Puffed pastry (usually Pepperidge Farm© brand)
Dijon mustard
Duck sauce
Deli (I like to use salami, but its up to you!)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a piece of tin foil that is slightly larger than the puffed pastry, Then, lie the puffed pasty on the tin foil. Brush dijon mustard on the whole surface of the puffed pastry. Brush duck sauce on the the whole surface of the puffed pastry.
Place the deli on the puffed pastry so that each piece of deli is slightly overlapped by the other.
Take the right side of the puffed pasty and fold it toward the middle, then take the left side of the puffed pasty and fold it over. Flip the deli roll over.
Using a knife cut slits in the puffed pastry (so it doesn't explode in the oven).
Brush egg on the outside of the deli roll. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
ENJOY =)
