3 to 4 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 to 2 c. fruity wine
1 to 2 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp. cardamom, ground or crushed
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix sauerkraut with wine; let stand overnight. Add other ingredients Cook uncovered at 225º for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
