2 C. corn meal
1 C. flour
2 T. onions, minced
1 egg, beaten
2 T. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. baking powder
Milk
Deep fat for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with just enough milk to make a thick mixture. Wet hands and roll mixture into
1 1/2-inch balls. Drop into deep fat and remove when brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
