2 C. crab meat
2 T. onions, minced
1 C. bread crumbs
1/4 pound butter
1/4 C. water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T. parsley, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter. Add crab meat, 1/2 C. bread crumbs, water and lemon juice. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Add parsley, minced eggs and fill the shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, place in baking dish and put in hot oven for a few minutes.
