6 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
1 can cream-of-chicken soup
1 can milk
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
1 can (7 ounces) water-packed solid white tuna, drained
1/2 C. celery, diced
1 onion, diced
1/2 small jar pimentos, diced
1/2 C. potato chips
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in pot of boiling water until just tender; drain. Add soup, milk, mushrooms, onions, celery, pimentos, tuna and salt and pepper. Spoon into lightly greased (non-stick spray) 2-quart baking dish. Bake 400º for 25 minutes, or until top is lightly browned. Top with crushed potato chips the last 5 minutes.
