Coffee Mallow Pie Recipe

1 cp water
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
4 cps miniature marshmallows
1 tbsp butter
1 cp heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 pastry shell, 9 inch, baked
1/2 cp chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
Add itional whipped cream and chocolate curls for garnish

1) In a heavy saucepan, bring water to boil; stir in coffee until dissolved.
2) Reduce heat, add marshmallows and butter.
3) Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
4) Set saucepan in ice and whisk mixture constantly until cooled.
5) Fold in whipped cream and fold into pastry shell.
6) Sprinkle with nuts.
7) Refrigerate atleast 3 hrs before serving.
8) Garnish with dollop of whipped cream with chocolate curl on each serving.
