1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese - add 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons milk - mix till smooth - add 1 2 1/2 oz jar dried beef ( i cut this very small) add 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1 tsp. garlic salt.
Mix well - put in pie pan. Melt 2 tbsp butter - add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and stir until pecans are covered with butter - sprinkle on top of cheese mixture. Bake for 20 min. Serve warm w/ crackers
