1 lb. hamburger*
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can corn
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 clove garlic
chopped onion
*or 1/2 lb. hamburger & 1/2 lb. pork sausage mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Boil 3 cups water and add bouillon cubes. Put in crock pot. Add taco seasoning. Add hamburger, corn, kidney beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Press garlic clove and add. Then add onions to taste. Let simmer in crock pot on low for a few hours, or all day. You may want to add less or more water, depending on your preference. To serve, garnish with anything you like on tacos--sour cream, shredded cheese, crumbled tortilla chips, etc.
