2 heads Nappa cabbage
6 green onions
4 pkg. Ramen (oriental) noodles
half bottle sesame seeds
1 lg. pkg. sliced almonds
1/2 stick butter

Dressing

1 c. oil (extra virgin olive oil)
1 cup Splenda
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
Add 4 pkg. of seasoning from noodle pkg.
Salt and pepper - shake well.
Place in container with a lid and shake well.

Directions:
Directions:
Crush noodles - (put aside pkg of seasoning from noodles. Add seeds and almonds - pour in melted butter and mix on baking sheet. Spread out and toast 20 min. @ 350º. Stir at least 2 times. Turn on paper towel and pat dry. Add chopped cabbage. When ready to serve add dressing.
