4 cans great northern white beans
> 2 chicken breasts
> 1 Tbsp olive oil
> 1 medium onion, chopped
> 2 garlic cloves, minced
> 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
> 1 tsp ground cumin
> 1 tsp oregano
> 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or more for heat
> 2 cans chicken broth
> 2 cups grated cheese
> Sour cream

Cut chicken into cubes and sauté until brown. Add onion
> and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent. Put in
> crock-pot. Add cumin, oregano and cayenne. Drain beans, and
> add to pot with broth. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours. Add in
> 1 cup cheese to chili and stir until cheese melts. Serve
> with remaining cheese and sour cream.

Here's a recipe for White chili. It's memorable to me because my sister sent
it when my husband and I finally started dating (or the fulfillment of God's
