4 cans of chopped clams in juice
2 cans of tuna in water
1 medium can of sliced olives
5 cloves of garlic
3-5 tsp. of capes in brine
1 Box of linguine
Parmesan Cheese
2 lemons
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
fresh parsley

Set pot of water to boil pasta
Prep: Chop garlic, open cans, cut lemons into wedges, rough chop parsley
In a large deep pan:
Add ¼ of olive oil and chopped garlic and sauté for 5 min on med heat
Add clams, tuna and capers with all the juice
Drain olives and add to clam mixture
When water boils add pasta
When pasta is almost done add three ladles of pasta water to you clam mixture, add pepper and salt to taste
Drain pasta and add to a large bowl
Add clam mixture and chopped parsley
Serve lemons and cheese on the side for each person to add based on personal taste

**For a thicker sauce make a paste of butter and flour. Heat the butter in a in a sauté pan and add flower to form paste and add small amounts to the clam mixture until it is the consistency you desire.

This is a great week night meal, it is fast and easy to make. You can add fresh clams or shrimp to make it even more filling!!
