3 1/2 lbs. okra
5 cloves garlic
5 small fresh hot peppers
1 qt. water
1 pt. vinegar (5% acidity)
1/3 cup pickling salt
2 tsp. dill seed

Directions:
Directions:
Pack okra tightly into hot sterilized jar, leaving 1/4" at top. Place garlic and a hot pepper into each jar. Combine other ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over okra, leaving 1/4" at top and then cover at once with lid tight. Process in boiling water for 10 minutes.
