1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork (not seasoned)
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1 cup cream
4 T. grated yellow onion
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
2 eggs beaten

(Fried Version)
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into small meatballs and fry in a pan with butter over medium heat until done.
Brown sauce can be made with juices in pan by mixing flour and cream together with the pan drippings.

(Baked Version)
Mix all ingredients well. Form meatballs and place in rows on parchment paper on large baking sheet.
Bake at 350º until done.

Serve with boiled new potatoes or fingerling potatoes. Garnish with fresh dill.
Meatballs are traditionally eaten with Lingonberry sauce which can be found at Cost Plus or Whole Foods in the jelly aisle.
