1 unbaked pastry shell, 9 inch
3 tbsps granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 cps fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed

Filling:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cp heavy whipping cream, whipped

Topping:
2 oz semisweet chocolate
3 tbsps butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Line unpricked pastry shell with double thickness of heavy duty aluminum foil.
2) Bake at 450f for 8 mins.
3) Remove foil; bake 5 mins longer.
4) Cool on wire rack.
5) In large saucepan; combine sugar and cornstarch.
6) Stir in raspberries; bring to boil over med heat.
7) Boil and stir for 2 mins.
8) Remove from heat and cool for 15 mins.
9) Spread into shell; refrigerate.
10) In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
11) Fold in whipped cream.
12) Carefully spread over raspberry layer.
13) Cover and refrigerate for atleast 1 hr.
14) In microwave, melt chocolate; stir until smooth,
15) Cool for 4 to 5 mins.
16) Pour over filling.
17) Cover and chill for atleast 2 hrs.
18) Store in the refrigerator.
