3 lbs. okra
celery leaves
7 cloves of garlic
1 quart water
1 pint vinegar
1/2 cup pickling salt
7 large heads and stems of fresh dill
7 hot peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Pack okra in hot jars with celery leaves, garlic, dill, and pepper. Make a brine and pour over okra. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Let stand 3-4 weeks.
