1 can black eyed peas
16 oz frozen yellow whole kernel corn
1 avocado, diced
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp grated lime rind
3 T. fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with chips.
