1 lb large shrimp (or scallops)
1 cup butter melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 T. parsley
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 cup sliced mushrooms
5 slices bacon chopped into small bits
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Butterfly shrimp and place in shallow baking pan.
Mix other ingredients and pour over shrimp.
Bake for 7 min.
Place under broiler for an additional 5 min.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
Delicious with a loaf of French bread.
