4 small-to-medium red potatoes
olive oil
crushed black pepper
rosemary
minced onion
minced garlic
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Chop or slice the potatoes and place on cookie sheet which has been coated with olive oil. Take handfuls of the rosemary, minced onion, garlic and black pepper and sprinkle onto the potatoes. Pour a little olive oil unto the potatoes before placing them in the oven.
Bake at 450º for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
