1 cup milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat milk - cream with flour until thick. Cool in refrigerator

Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla until sugar disappears

Mix all together

Whip for 5 minutes
