2 pkgs. gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 lb. farmers cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Crust:

2 cups graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Mix crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass dish.

Pour the gelatin into the cold water - set aside.

Beat egg yolks slightly. Add sugar, salt and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Add gelatin to the hot mixture and stir well (do not use beaters!). Let cool.

Add cheese, vanilla and mix well - you can use electric beater.

Beat egg whites until stiff (put in fridge).

Beat whipping cream until stiff.

Stir all the mixtures together with a spatula.

Layer on graham cracker shell.

Put in fridge to set for at least an hour prior to serving.
