Crust
2 cups flour
1 cup powder sugar (plus more for dusting)
pinch of salt
2 sticks butter, at room temperature

Filling
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp flour
6 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. Make the crust. Press mixture to bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes. Make filling, pour over baked crust and bake for 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with powder sugar if desired when bars are done.
