1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
3 bananas overly ripe (1 cup)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts

Directions:

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana -beat well. Add dry ingredients (milk and vanilla), mix well. Add nuts. Grease and flour loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
