1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Optional -- raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, margarine and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10 minutes.
