Stock:
4 cups water
4 carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 large onion
Boil with chicken

Filling:
1/4 cup flour
2 cup broth
3/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cup cooked chicken
2 10 oz. pkgs peas & carrot's (thawed & drained)
2 tbsp. chives

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup butter over heat - add chives and flour. Cook until it bubbles then stir in broth and milk until it boils and thickens

Add remaining ingredients

1/2 bake the bottom crust

Add all ingredients to the pie crust and bake at 400º for 25 minutes until pastry is golden brown and the inside bubbles
