1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
2 to 3 drops food coloring, opt
1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust, 9 inch
Mint leaves and lemon peel for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, and food coloring, if desired.; mix until smooth,(mixture will begin to thicken)
2) Fold in whipped topping, spoon into crust.
3) Chill until ready to serve.
4) Garnish with mint leaves and lemon peel strips.
