1 can(14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cp lime juice
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 to 3 drops green food coloring, opt
1 pastry shell, baked 9 inch or 1 graham cracker 9 inch
1 cp heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp granulated sugar
shave semisweet chocolate for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
1) In a bowl, combine milk, lime juice and pineapple.
2) Stir in food coloring, if desired.
3) Spoon into crust.
4) In a small bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form; beat in sugar, 1 tbsp at a time.
5) Spoon over filling.
6) Sprinkle with chocolate for garnish.
7) Chill at least 8 hrs.
