1/2 large white onion
3 large stocks celery, diced small
3 tube sausage (like Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage) with sage
12 servings of rice (follow the rice recipe you're using)
2 tbsp. chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage, onion, and celery. Cook rice according to the rice recipe you're using. Add chicken base to water. Mix together all of the above.

If making the day before, when you take out of the refrigerator, put a few pats of butter on top, and bake at 350 until hot. These have always been a wonderful holiday staple, especially at Thanksgiving!
