1 Tbsp minced shallots
1 tsp. orange zest
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
In a small, non-reactive sauce pan over medium high heat, combine shallots, orange juice, and orange zest. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until reduced by half. Pour the liquid into a bowl and add olive oil, whisking constantly until the dressing is thick and creamy. Stir in bourbon, season with salt and pepper to taste.
