1-2 pound cakes (see recipe for pound cake in this book)

Cream (very similar to cannoli cream):

1 quart. Half and Half
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon stick
1- 1 1/2 large Hershey bar with almonds
2 pints of heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir constantly. Scald 3/4 quart. Half & Half.
Add sugar, cinnamon stick and vanilla. Add other 1/4 quart. Half & Half with cornstarch, add to mixture.
Take out the cinnamon stick and cool in refrigerator over night. The next morning, break up or shave the Hershey bar with almonds. Fold into mixture. Whip the mixture watching carefully to stop when it starts to thicken.

Cut up pound cake evenly, place a layer of pound cake in a 9 x 13 glass dish. Top with cream.
Place another layer of pound cake on top. Whip whipping cream (add a little vanilla and sugar as desired). Layer on the pound cake. Shave chocolate on top.
