2 (5 oz.) cans of water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing (substitute with herb dressing if they don't have any cornbread)
3/4 cup melted butter
4 - 6 large chicken breasts
Directions:
Directions:
Layer 4-6 cut up chicken breast on 9 x 13 glass dish
Add salt and pepper to chicken
Mix soup, mayo, chestnuts and celery. Pour over chicken breasts
Mix stuffing with butter, sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
