50 Ritz crackers
1 cup chopped nuts
6 egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
vanilla to taste

Directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff
Mix together the Ritz Crackers, chopped nuts, egg whites and sugar and spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass dish (greased)
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
Mix whipping cream and vanilla
Top with coconut
