4 cps frozen or fresh blueberries, divided
3/4 cp granulated sugar
3 tbsps cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1 cp water
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 pastry shell, baked, 9 inches
whipped topping or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
1) Wash and drain blueberries.
2) In med saucepan, mix sugar, 1 cp berries, cornstarch(use heaping tbsp with frozen berries), salt, water, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3) Remove from heat.
4) Immediately add butter and remaining berries.
5) Stir until sauce is mixed with all of the berries and butter is melted.
6) Pour mixture into prepared pie shell.
7) Keep refrigerated until serving.
8) Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
