2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Onion Soup Mix
1/2 cup catsup
1 egg
2 tbsp. water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together by hand to form a loaf.

Bake at 350º for approx. 1 hour

Andrea and Rosalie also make their meatloaf like this. Andrea tucks in whole cloves of garlic, adds a little Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and tops with lots of garlic. Chris just loves this! I often cook it in a pan and cook with petitie carrots, potatoes,a and pearl onions.
