1 # lean hamburger
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/8 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Form into patties; broil or grill.
