1/2 c butter
2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/2 c water
1 c sugar
1/2 c raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking flour
pinch of salt
1 3/4 c flour

ICING:
1/2 c confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan over low heat, melt butter & chocolate, stirring constantly. Add water, sugar, raisins, cinnamon & cloves; bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; pour into mixing bowl & cool for 15 minutes. Add vanilla and salt. Combine flour & baking soda, add to chocolate mixture & mix well. Pour into greased & floured tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Combine icing ingredients, spoon over cooled cake.

**This can be baked in a 11x7 baking pan. Only bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
