4 c. seasoned chicken broth
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 to 3 c. cooked and cubed chicken
4 c. hot cooked rice
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 10 oz package frozen petite peas thawed
5 stalks celery, finely diced
1 to 2 green peppers, chopped
6 to 8 green onions, sliced
1 8 oz can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. slivered almonds or sunflower seeds
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. Chinese noodles
1 c. finely grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and cornstarch. cook until thick and clear. Add chicken. Place remaining ingredients in individual bowls. Have guests build their own stack in the following order: rice, chicken in gravy, tomatoes, peas, celery, green pepper, onions, pineapple, almonds, coconut, water chestnuts, noodles, and cheese.
