7 medium potatoes. Cooked in skins, peeled and sliced.
1 c. Italian salad dressing
3/4 c. celery, chopped
4 boiled eggs, whites chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbs. horseradish mustard
1 jar India relish
Salt, pepper and celery seed, to taste

Directions:
Wash and boil whole potatoes (skins on) until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours. When done, remove from heat; let cool a few minutes before taking skins off. Pour dressing over warm sliced potatoes. Chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion and egg whites.

Mash egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Fold mixture into salad. Add salt, pepper and celery seed to taste. Chill two hours before serving.
