7 oz jar of roasted red peppers –drained and chopped (add more if you like )
¾ lb of shredded Monterey jack cheese
One 8 oz box of cream cheese
1 Cup Mayo
1 clove garlic minced ..or more if you wish
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard..Grey Poupon works well

Directions:

Mix in baking pan
Bake for 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Serve with pita chips.. or taco chips
