1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 can Chicken broth
1 clove garlic - optional
1 can diced |Italian tomatoes
2 handful's frozen peas
heavy cream
Penne pasta
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skilled with a little oil. Deglaze pan by pouring 1/4 to 1/2 of chicken broth in pan. Pour in undrained tomatoes - simmer until some of the liquid is cooked off. Add peas, cooked until they reach desired degree of tenderness. Pour heavy cream around the skillet edge, stir in and heat. Serve over Penne pasta.
