2 - 1 lb. pork tenderloins....cut lengthwise in 1/2 (sometimes they fall apart like this)
1/2 lb. of bacon
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 jar of apricot preserves (regular size jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Using 9x13 glass casserole dish, form a bed of onions. Wrap pork in bacon and place on the onion bed. Mix the soy and apricot preserves, pour over the pork.
Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes.
