2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (not both)
1/2 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped, frozen raspberries or blackberries

Directions:

Measure flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well. Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add sour cream/yogurt and vanilla. Beat to combine. Add dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Fold in berries. Fill greased muffin cups almost full. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
