1/2 cup copped onion
8 oz of sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen hash browns
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup corn flakes
1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Saute onions in 1/2 stick of butter and set aside to cool. Mix sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, hash browns, cheddar cheese, and cooled onions in a bowl. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with crumbled corn flakes. Sprinkle over the top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes.
