1 T. vegetable oil
1 ½ lbs. beef boneless chuck, or round roast cut into cubes
1 c. beef broth
3 T. paprika
1 ½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
3 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chipped
8 oz. whole tomatoes, un-drained
¼ c. cold water
2 T. all-purpose flour
6 c. hot cooked macaroni

Heat oil in Dutch over or 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook beef in oil about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
Stir remaining ingredients except water, flour and noodles, breaking up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 1 ¼ hours, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender.
Shake water and flour in tightly covered container; gradually stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over noodles.
