3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 c onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
5 cans chicken broth
1 can RO*TEL diced tomatoes & green chilies
2 cans tomatoes
4 tsp. fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into pieces. Cook chicken with chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add chili powder and cumin; cook 2 minutes.

Add chicken broth, RO*TEL, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10-15 minutes. Top with cilantro.

Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onions and jalapeņo pepper & tortilla strips.
