***Dressing***
1 Cup Vegetable . Oil
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 Teaspoon Celery Seed
1 Teaspoon Paprika
***Salad***
2 Medium Bag Spinach
Grated Parmesan Cheese-(to your liking)
Hard Boiled Egg--(to your liking)
1-1/2# Bacon
1 pkg Garlic & Cheese Croutons
Small Red Onion--(to your liking)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing up a day or so in advance if you like to let the spices blend together.
Fry bacon to crisp, cool and cut into bite size pieces
Slice the red onion in paper thin rings then cut in half.

Place the spinach in your salad bowl, add the red onion,hard boiled egg, bacon and grated Parmesan cheese.

Just before serving add dressing and mix well. Add croutons and serve.
