2 lbs lean hamburger
2 eggs
1 very large onion-chopped
16 crushed soda cracker squares
1/2 wedge/container of grated Romano cheese
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 t. red pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 heaping t. Italian seasoning
Large can tomato juice
3 small cans tomato paste
½ wedge/container of grated Romano cheese
1/8 t. baking soda
1 t. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 1st set of ingredients real good; make meat balls - not too big.

In large kettle, add 1 large can of tomato juice, 1/3 can water, 1 t. of the
5 seasonings from the 1st set of ingredients. Bring juice to a boil, add meat balls, simmer for 3 1/2 -4 hours.

1/2 hour before serving add 3 small cans of tomato paste, stir in. 5 minutes before serving add other half of grated Romano cheese, 1/8 t. baking soda, 1 t. sugar. Enjoy spaghetti!!
