1 egg, beaten
1 c milk
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
5 or 6 drops tabasco sauce
1 tbsp flour
sliced dill pickles
salt & pepper to taste
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten egg, milk, worchestershire sauce, tabasco sauce & 1 tbsp flour & salt & pepper.

In separate bowl mix 2 cups flour w/salt & pepper.

Dip pickle in egg mixture & then into flour, back in egg wash and back into flour. Put in hot grease & fry until golden brown. Drain & place in low heat oven until all are fried.
